(Diploma Aircraft Maintenance) PITA, 1957; D.A.E. (Diploma Aeronautical Engineering) PITA 1958; Master of Engineering, McGill University, 1961; Ph.D. in Aerodynamics, McGill University, 1963. Dr. Moller was a professor of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at the University of California at Davis from 1963 to 1975 where he developed the Aeronautical Engineering program.
