  • What changes would I like to see in myself over the next three months, six months, and next year?

  • What motivating thoughts help me exercise?

  • What life changes could I make that would benefit my exercise routine and give me the results I want?

Challenges to Consider

  • How will I build extra time into my day for exercise?

  • If time is limited, is it possible for me to exercise from my own home?

  • How much time can I allot do a daily exercise routine?

  • Have I considered how I can alter my daily routine to allow time for this exercise?

  • When setting this time aside, am I factoring time that it will take to get to and from the exercise location?

  • Is money a factor when considering my exercise options?

Planning a Routine

  • At what time of day do I have the most energy for exercising?
