What are my goals for the weekend?
What can I do this weekend that will help me achieve long-term goals?
Is there a sense of balance between work and pleasure within my goals?
What activities would rejuvenate and prepare me for the week ahead?
Have I written a realistic time frame for these goals?
Have I shared these goals with other family members who may have goals of their own?
What are the goals of the other family members from the youngest member of the family to the oldest?
Have I prioritized my goals for the weekend?
Have I made obligations for the coming weekend?
What apprehensions do I have going into the weekend?
